Place the pod in the main wash compartment, usually located in the center of the dishwasher door. This is the standard location recommended by most manufacturers.
Pre-Wash or Rinse Compartment
Some dishwashers have a smaller pre-wash or rinse compartment. Avoid placing pods there unless the manual specifically instructs you to do so.
Why Placement Matters
Correct pod placement ensures proper detergent release during the main wash cycle. Placing a pod in the wrong spot can cause it to dissolve too early or not fully, leaving residue on dishes.
